The PayneGroup team has largely remained the same for more than twelve years. We have very little turnover and as such provide a stable and consistent environment. The same people you have come to know and develop a relationship with here at PayneGroup are still here. That’s quite uncommon in this day and age.
Executive Team and Staff Information
Donna Payne founded the company and serves as CEO. Robert Affleck is company Vice President. The development team is led by Tara Byers who has been with the company since 1997. The Vice President of Training is Susan Horiuchi who has been with PayneGroup since 2000. Shirley Gorman is the Vice President of Customer Relations and she also joined the company in 2000.
Most of the developers in the company have been with the company for at least ten years. They are primarily based in Seattle, Chicago, and Los Angeles. Our project managers are based in these same locations and have a strong focus on customer service. Some have more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
