The PayneGroup team has largely remained the same for more than sixteen years. We have very little turnover and as such provide a stable and consistent environment. The same people you have come to know and develop a relationship with here at PayneGroup are still here. That’s quite uncommon in this day and age.
Donna Payne founded the company and serves as CEO. Robert Affleck is company Vice President. The Vice President of Development is Tara Byers, who has been with the company since 1997. The Vice President of Training and Professional Services is Susan Horiuchi who has been with PayneGroup since 2000. Shirley Gorman is the Vice President of Customer Relations and she also joined the company in 2000.
Most of the developers in the company have been with the company for at least twelve years. They are primarily based in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Our project managers are based in these same locations and have a strong focus on customer service. Some have more than 20 years of experience in the industry.
Master Series and Migration Roundtable are conducted by PayneGroup employees. Our developers and project managers are all employed - NOT outsourced.
