The Outlook Send Assistant works within Outlook 2000 and above with HTML formatted e-mails to verify the e-mail addresses users are sending to before the e-mail is sent, verifying the user wants to send it externally, and offering different options depending on how the firm wants the product configured. The Outlook Send Assistant includes several different components, including optional notification prompts when the user clicks the Send button as well as some great external email options.
Administrators can specify which types of style sheets are allowed so firm documents retain the standardized set of style names in order to promote internal document sharing.
The Reply to All function itself will work with any type of message (plain text, RTF and HTML) because we react to the ReplyAll Event within Outlook. It is the BCC functionality, Marketing Disclaimer functionality with which we can't guarantee formatting when using RTF, so though only HTML is supported for some e-mail types, the Reply to All is supported for all e-mail types.
