 The Payne Style Assistant is an add-in to Microsoft Word designed to provide you with greater flexibility in modifying, capturing and applying firm-defined or custom style sheets. Style Assistant can be configured to capture firm-defined or non-firm style sheets (or both). Additionally, you can use Style Assistant's "subscribe" feature to selectively access publicly stored style sheets. You can even choose the individual style types you wish to use in the active document.
Administrators can specify which types of style sheets are allowed so firm documents retain the standardized set of style names in order to promote internal document sharing.
