Master Series: High-End Training for IT Staff and Power Users The Word 2010 for Law Firms Master Series class is a 3-day class that was designed with the trainer or support technician in mind. You will not only learn about the new and improved features in Word 2010, but will learn about feature compatibility between versions, how to avoid common pitfalls as well as learn new shortcuts and tips. This class is delivered as a private class in your training facility for up to eight personnel from your organization. Please note that although this course is titled for law firms, we have frequently customized it for our non-legal clients.

What’s New in Office 2010 (webinar) For the students who have completed the Word 2010 for Law Firms Master Series class, we offer an add-on web delivery that includes what is new and improved in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel 2010.

Office 2010 Fast Track Training Some firms may prefer to start with this overview training for all of their IT staff and power users to get a high-level perspective on the latest Office suite. This 2-day onsite class covers what is new and enhanced in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010. Of the applications included, Word is covered in more detail.

What’s New in Office 2010 (webinar series) This 4-part series (in 2-hour segments) is delivered via a live webcast to your training room(s). This course covers what is new and enhanced in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint 2010. This option allows participants to attend from multiple locations at the same time.

Office 2010 Migration Roundtable The Office 2010 Migration Roundtable is an onsite meeting that lasts two days and includes discussions on configuration, conversion, styles, templates, and macros (even if non-Payne), training, support, deployment options, and more. In the end, you receive a 250+ page report detailing all the information covered during the meeting, which will lay the foundation for your Office 2010 migration plan. We’ve been providing this type of service for years and have it down to an art form. This is a highly technical session.

As You Need It Consulting Some consultants just don’t know when to leave. We feel that we can better serve you if you can access our level of knowledge when you need it and not have to pay when you don’t. Many of our clients use our project managers and migration specialists on an as needed basis and often without requiring an onsite visit.
