Working Together Towards Success
Our projects managers assess and evaluate your firm's unique needs and make recommendations for software (including other vendors (if necessary)) development and implementation, migration strategies, curriculum development, and training. We work with your internal project team and transfer our knowledge so after our job is finished your staff is equipped with all the tools they need to support the new environment.
We offer the following types of project management/consulting services. Depending on the size and scope of your firm's project some or all of these may overlap:
- 2 Day Migration Roundtable - We work with members of your internal migration team to assist, advise and help plan your Word (or other application/system) conversion or upgrade. After the consultation our project manager makes recommendations and provides a detailed summary report outlining all of the items discussed and decided upon during the course of the two-day meeting.
- Migration Consulting - One of our experienced project managers works with your internal migration team to implement, assist and lead your firm through each step of the migration process as outlined in the detailed summary report. This may include training and/or development consulting.
- Training Consulting - One of our experienced project managers assists, advises and helps plan the training portion of your Word (or other application/system) conversion or upgrade. This typically includes curriculum planning and development, class scheduling and staffing, courseware development and follow-up/support among other things.
- Development Consulting - One of our experienced project managers assists, advises and helps plan the development portion of your Word (or other application/system) conversion or upgrade. This typically includes working in tandem with members of your IT staff to implement your new applications/systems (including our products when applicable).
